We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join a Chinese design studio specializing in top-tier luxury private residences, villas, and high-end apartments.

Role Summary:
You will lead the full-cycle design and delivery of prestigious residential projects—from client briefing and concept design through to construction documents, FF&E, and on-site execution. You will ensure 1:1 design realization and uncompromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
– Interface directly with high-net-worth clients to understand lifestyle needs and aesthetic preferences.
– Develop floor plans, renderings, material palettes, construction drawings, MEP, lighting, and smart home design.
– Oversee FF&E selection, budgeting, and specification for finishes, furniture, and accessories.
– Manage on-site execution, contractor coordination, and quality control.
Profil recherché
– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
– 5+ years of lead experience in luxury residential or villa projects.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; rendering tools (Enscape, D5) a plus.
– Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and FF&E.
– Excellent client communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Preferred: Familiarity with international luxury brands, smart home design, and professional English.
