Archibat HR is seeking talented and driven Senior Architects and Architects to join a globally renowned design practice in a unique capacity. This full-time role is based remotely in Portugal, where you will collaborate closely with the firm’s dynamic Middle East teams.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead or contribute to the design process for large-scale hospitality and mixed-use developments.
  • Develop strong conceptual narratives and translate them into feasible, compelling architectural solutions.
  • Collaborate across disciplines (interior design, engineering, landscape) to ensure design integrity.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with international project teams, particularly those based in the Middle East, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Manage design documentation and technical detailing in compliance with local and international codes.

 

Profil recherché

Qualifications

 

  • Proven International experience (5+ years for Architects; 8+ years for Senior Architects) in architectural design, specifically within Hospitality and/or Mixed-Use sectors.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking and a passion for design excellence.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite).
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and work effectively with international teams (experience in Middle Eastern projects is an advantage but not mandatory).
