Role:
The Architect leads design development, coordinates project documents, and ensures all disciplines work together smoothly from start to finish. They bridge creative vision and technical execution while collaborating with clients, consultants, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Design Development
- Create architectural concepts and solutions that meet client goals.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability targets.
- Integrate client and stakeholder feedback into design updates.
Project Coordination
- Work with BIM, engineering, and other teams to align architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Ensure design documents are consistent and accurate across all phases.
- Manage revisions and changes throughout the project.
- Follow building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Present designs and progress in client meetings.
- Adjust designs based on client input.
- Serve as the main architectural contact for clients.
Quality Control
- Regularly review documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Catch and resolve design issues early to reduce risks.
- Ensure solutions are practical, buildable, and within project limits.
Innovation & Growth
- Keep up with new trends, materials, and technologies.
- Suggest creative ideas to boost efficiency and results.
- Help improve design standards and team workflows.
