The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect to lead on-site supervision and quality assurance for a landmark project. You will act as the lead consultant representative, managing the full supervision team—including structural, MEP, landscape, and lighting disciplines—while safeguarding the architectural vision from concept through to flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design Compliance: Monitor site progress to ensure all finishes, materials, and detailing align precisely with approved IFC and shop drawings.

Quality Control: Lead the review of architectural shop drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary trades, approve on-site mock-ups, and issue SORs or NCRs as required.

Coordination: Represent the architectural discipline in project meetings and proactively prevent contractor claims for cost or time extensions.

Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with DM, DCD, DEWA, and relevant international standards (NFPA, IBC, ASTM).

Handover: Manage the snagging and defect close-out process, and assist with reviewing handover documentation including O&M manuals and as-builts.
Profil recherché
Qualifications

Experience: 10–15+ years post-graduation, with at least 5 years of UAE or Middle East site supervision experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Certifications (Preferred): RIBA, ARB, AIA, or Society of Engineers membership; LEED AP or PQP; PMP.

Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai regulations and international building codes.
