The Role
We are looking for an Associate / Interior Design Director to lead high-profile hospitality projects from concept to completion. This is a creative leadership position requiring a balance of artistic vision, technical mastery, and commercial awareness. You will oversee multiple projects, guide design teams, and act as the primary creative interface with clients and operators.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and inspire design teams across all project stages, fostering a collaborative and innovative studio culture.

Lead concept development, including mood boards, sketches, and presentations that translate client visions into exceptional guest experiences.

Manage project delivery—ensuring design integrity, quality control, budget adherence, and timely execution.

Present design narratives confidently to clients, operators, and stakeholders.

Support business development efforts by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Participate in project management, recruitment, and PR activities. Travel locally and internationally as required.
Profil recherché
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in luxury hospitality design.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-end hospitality and residential projects (references required).

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Exceptional conceptual, technical, and analytical abilities.

Strong design sensibility with a genuine passion for art and detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
