Archibat HR is currently seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join an international design practice that specializes in architecture and interior design for the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors. With a global presence and a focus on delivering award-winning projects, the company’s leadership brings extensive experience in managing large-scale developments across diverse regions, including the Middle East, Asia, and the United States.
Role:
The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects in the hospitality, residential, and F&B sectors. You will drive design from concept to completion, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members.
Descriptif du poste
- Lead design for Hotels & Resorts, Residential Towers, and F&B Outlets.
- Develop concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed drawings.
- Produce FF&E specifications and construction documents.
- Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Mentor and direct junior designers and drafters.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and compliance.
Profil recherché
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
- Strong portfolio showing work in hotels, residential towers, and F&B.
- Excellent graphic and visual presentation skills (Adobe Suite, SketchUp, etc.).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a design team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable leading client meetings and progress reviews.
