Archibat Asia is looking for a BD/Account Manager for a leading German events&live marketing creative agency.
The company has 48 years experience in planning, coordinating and implementing corporate events with an approach to engage the target audience emotionally through active participation and a high level of creativity.
Descriptif du poste
- New Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, and generate leads from Fortune 500 across Singaopre and the SEA Region
- Portfolio Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets for acquiring new tech clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, from marketing managers to C-level executives.
- Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and objectives in the fast-paced tech world, and translate them into compelling proposals for events, experiential campaigns, trade shows, etc..
- Market Intelligence: Serve as the market expert for the SEA corporate segment, providing insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Collaboration:Work closely with our creative, and project teams in Beijing & Shanghai to ensure seamless pitch preparation and service delivery.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales, specifically within the Tech industry or within an agency (event, marketing, advertising) servicing tech clients.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills..
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, B2B marketing, and the role of live communication/experiential marketing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
