The Role
We are seeking a visionary Interior Design Director to spearhead design excellence across a portfolio of landmark hospitality and lifestyle projects. In this strategic leadership role, you will define design direction, inspire multidisciplinary teams, and cultivate trusted client partnerships—guiding each project from initial concept through to flawless execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion design innovation and quality across all project phases, ensuring each outcome aligns with the firm’s signature standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage design teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and accountability.
- Drive client relationships and stakeholder engagement, translating vision into compelling, buildable design narratives.
- Oversee the development of design concepts, detailed documentation, and project delivery, balancing creative ambition with operational precision.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Profil recherché
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience at a Mid-to-Senior Design Director level, with a strong track record in high-end hospitality, residential, or lifestyle sectors.
- At least 15+ years of proven experience working in high end hospitality design field.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—able to influence and inspire at all levels.
- Solid experience in managing design teams, project delivery, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Expertise in developing robust design concepts and overseeing detailed technical documentation.
- Strong project planning and time management capabilities, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid capacity as required, with flexibility to engage both in-studio and remotely.
