Archibat HR is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join one of our clients in Shanghai.
This is a long-established corporation in Shanghai, combined with interior design and engineering professionals from Europe, America, and China. They focus on the interior design and construction of workplace including offices and headquarters. Customers are mainly from the world’s top 500 and well-known enterprises in China and abroad, it’s a professional team to provide customers from design to construction of one-stop solution, while actively following the environmental standards to achieve the best green solutions.
Descriptif du poste
1. Complete project design tasks assigned by the supervisor on time and to the required quality standards.
2. Participate in drawing production and related activities.
3. Engage in the discussion and implementation of innovative design proposals.
4. Integrate drawings from various disciplines and coordinate communication among different specialties.
5. Provide on-site drawing interpretation and inspection; coordinate and assist with decoration construction, resolving design issues that arise on site throughout the entire process until project completion and delivery.
6. Participate in project bidding work.
7. Handle communication and coordination with external parties such as clients and design institutes regarding design-related matters.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Profil recherché
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Interior Design or Environmental Art Design.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in interior design, with the ability to independently establish design concepts and space layout plans.
3. Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, PowerPoint, as well as network and office equipment operations; basic knowledge of 3DMax is preferred.
4. Ability to create hand-drawn perspective sketches.
5. Holding a Level 2 BIM Modeling Certificate is preferred.
6. Familiar with industry construction processes and interior design specifications; knowledgeable about engineering materials and market trends; skilled in communication and capable of coordinating design with on-site execution.
7. Strong professional design competence in the decoration field, with excellent design expression and written communication skills.
8. Possess unique insights in design, with a distinctive personal design style, and a keen perspective on and forward-looking vision for renovation trends and industry developments.
9. Honest, enthusiastic, creative, and responsible; able to handle a certain level of work pressure and demonstrate strong teamwork spirit.
10. CET-4 or CET-6 English proficiency; capable of basic oral communication in English and fundamental English reading and writing skills.
11. Proficient in using various AI software.
