Archibat is looking for senior packaging designer for a US full-service creative marketing firm with its China headquarters in Shanghai since 2008. Specializing in end-to-end packaging design, brand creative and retail activation for global FMCG and retail brands, it provides integrated services from brand strategy, structural packaging artwork to print quality control.

Take charge of packaging design strategies for FMCG food categories including snacks, beverages, dairy products, condiments and other segments. Translate brand positioning and consumer insights into high-conversion visual solutions.
Establish an innovative packaging design system, and drive the implementation of cutting-edge trends such as shelf competitiveness, sustainable material adoption and functional structural design.
Lead annual packaging design planning to ensure creative deliverables align with product launch schedules and marketing objectives.

Act as the key creative liaison to provide in-depth service for top-tier FMCG food clients, lead formal presentations and build long-term trusted partnerships.

Over 8 years of packaging design experience, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in FMCG food industry (portfolio submission is required for verification).

Possess over 3 years of design team management experience, and full-lifecycle project control capability for mass production projects with more than 50 SKUs.
Candidates with proven service experience for renowned FMCG food brands will be prioritized.

Outstanding presentation skills, strong stress tolerance and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Bachelor’s degree or above in design-related disciplines (Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, etc.). Proficiency in illustration tools, Photoshop, hand sketching and other relevant software is preferred.
