Descriptif du poste
We are hiring a strong designer and an emerging leader in Landscape Design. We need a decisive practitioner who can lead project streams, and maintain productive dialogue with all project parties. Your focus will be on high-stakes international projects, converting bold design concepts into feasible, detailed landscaping solutions.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee landscape design across concept, schematic, development, and construction phases.
– Attend coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams, both in Singapore and abroad.
– Make site visits overseas to ensure design execution aligns with intent.
– Produce top-tier 3D renders and models (D5, Lumion, 3ds Max) to communicate proposals clearly.
– Work alongside architects to safeguard design quality, technical soundness, and schedule compliance.
Profil recherché
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or similar.
– 8+ years’ professional experience (in hardscape for residential and hospitality projects), with proven autonomy and design strength.
– Advanced skills in D5 Render, Lumion, 3ds Max, plus working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Revit, and Rhino.
– Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, coordination, and issue resolution.
– Excellent design sensibility, communication, organisation, and a sense of ownership over your work.
