Archibat Asia is looking for a Project Manager for a Suzhou-based interdisciplinary spatial design & build studio founded in 2016, with a branch in Shanghai.
The team provides full-cycle integrated design and construction solutions, mainly covering corporate office, brand exhibition spaces and high-end luxury private residences.
They combine interior design, brand strategy and engineering management, committed to delivering high-quality, true-to-concept built outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle project management, covering internal project initiation, business decision-making, schematic design, construction execution, final settlement and payment collection.
- Define management objectives for each project phase and control overall project progress and rhythm.
- Fully manage project operation decisions, cost control, quality control, schedule management, safety supervision, contract administration and document management. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, controlled and orderly project delivery.
- Lead and participate in strategic planning and execution across all project stages.
- Build and organize project teams, and drive the implementation of all project management targets.
- Report directly to the Head of the Business Unit Project Management Department.
Profil recherché
Job Requirements
- Solid professional experience in technical management including construction drawing detailing, joint & node control, construction procedure management, quality supervision, material property application and structural feasibility assessment.
Preferred: Candidates with Technical Director experience, proficient in hand drawing and SketchUp simulation, capable of solving and reporting complex on-site technical issues.
- Strong commercial and cost awareness.
- Long-term career willingness to specialize in high-end luxury residential / mansion projects.
- High standard and strict pursuit of construction delivery quality.
- Possess engineering research and innovative thinking.
- Capable of systematic management to ensure high-quality project implementation.
- Mature, independent personality with rich life experience and unique insights.
- College degree or above; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
- Self-disciplined with consistent high-standard work habits.
