Descriptif du poste
Project Management
• Lead the successful delivery of façade projects, ensuring excellence in quality, programme and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Oversee project resources, risks and delivery strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across the region.
• Drive strong project performance through proactive commercial and programme management.
Business Development
• Build and strengthen relationships with architects, developers, contractors and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for repeat business and new project wins.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations and client interviews.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Support the growth strategy and market presence of the façade team in China.
Team Leadership
• Inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing team of façade engineers.
• Support career development, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Assist in attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive and positive team culture.
• Encourage knowledge sharing across offices and disciplines.
Technical Leadership
• Provide technical leadership on complex façade engineering projects.
• Review and guide the development of specifications, reports and technical deliverables.
• Champion design quality, innovation and engineering excellence.
• Lead technical workshops and contribute to key client presentations.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvement across the façade discipline.
