Archibat is looking for an Account Manager for an award-winning creative branding agency which helps brands define their global presence, brand narrative and visual language through methodes such as creative strategy, service design, art direction and content creation.

The ideal candidate should have digital social retainer experience at creative agencies with minimum 4 years of experience. Automotive/premium/luxury client service experience is highly preferred.
Responsabilities:
Meet potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
To build and maintain agency-client relationship.
To understand and participate in the creative process.
To manage brief and project proposal process effectively and profitably.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s Directors.
Development and maintenance of services to expand our client base using action plans focused on the market segment identified.
Prepare briefs, write proposals, present work and pass on feedback. With the utmost clarity.
Research, identify, target and refine prospects.
Follow through with all presentations, including, proposals and scope of work.
Managing pitch process and internal and client deliverables and assisting in the management the final presentation.
Manage accounts smoothly on a daily basis.
To develop excellent communication with all parties involved (the agency & the client) and to follow through with all the developments on the accounts.
To build and maintain agency-client relationship.
To understand and participate in the creative process.
To manage brief and project proposal process effectively and profitably.
Profil recherché
Requirements:
With 4+ years relevant experience in a branding/design agency and proven successful client account servicing track record.
Experience managing day-to-day account activities with regular client contact.
Strong in execution, project management and interpersonal skills.
With a good awareness of digital technologies.
Excellent communication in both written and oral presentations (English and Chinese).
Passionate about branding and demonstrate a positive attitude with ability to get things done.
