This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for mentoring a talented design team, driving creative excellence, and shaping design strategies that align with client business objectives and the company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance studio environment.

Design Strategy: Develop and implement innovative design strategies that push creative boundaries and deliver unsurpassed quality.

Business Development: Play an active role in project pitching, presenting design concepts to clients, and securing new business opportunities.

Project Oversight: Oversee project delivery to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.

Operational Excellence: Streamline daily studio operations, including resource management and scheduling, for maximum efficiency.
Profil recherché
The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial interior design, with a proven track record in leadership and end-to-end project management.

Has an exceptional design portfolio with strong conceptualization skills and a keen eye for detail.

Is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at influencing clients and stakeholders.
