Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Project Designer to provide strategic design leadership on our most significant projects. This role is pivotal in defining the architectural narrative, guiding a talented design team, and ensuring the seamless execution of the design vision from concept to reality. You will act as a key client contact and a mentor within the studio, driving both project success and team development.
Core Accountabilities:
• Design Vision & Strategy: Establish the overall design direction and conceptual framework for multiple projects.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, motivate, and develop the design team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Project Stewardship: In collaboration with the Project Manager and Architect, ensure financial health, timely delivery, and adherence to the design intent.
• Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and presentation of design concepts.
• Quality & Innovation: Uphold the highest standards of design quality and implement processes that encourage innovative solutions.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, motivate, and develop the design team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Profil recherché
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• A registered architect (preferred) with 15+ years of experience shaping complex architectural projects.
• A natural leader with a proven ability to manage, inspire, and mentor a team.
• Expert in design software (Revit, Rhino, etc.) with strong conceptual sketching skills.
• An exceptional communicator and diplomat, skilled in navigating client and team dynamics.
• Experienced in the full design process for large-scale hospitality, urban, or resort projects.
• A natural leader with a proven ability to manage, inspire, and mentor a team.
• Expert in design software (Revit, Rhino, etc.) with strong conceptual sketching skills.
• An exceptional communicator and diplomat, skilled in navigating client and team dynamics.
• Experienced in the full design process for large-scale hospitality, urban, or resort projects.
