Archibat HR is looking for a Senior Architect / Project Manager for an international architectural design firm to be based in their Guangzhou office.

Job Description
– Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
– Project experience preferred in commercial offices, hotels, and hospitals, with substantial design experience.
– Experience as a project lead, capable of interfacing with clients and other consultant teams.
– Extensive architectural design experience, with the ability to effectively manage client requirements, task breakdown, design schedules, and coordination across various design disciplines.
– Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
– Experience working on overseas design projects.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Strong organizational skills and meeting facilitation capabilities.
Profil recherché
Preferred Qualifications:
– Overseas project experience.
– Team management experience.
– Relevant professional certifications such as Registered Architect (Singapore), China Class 1 Registered Architect, or equivalent qualifications.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
