Interior Project Designer (Hospitality)

Responsibilities
– Extensive experience in high-end hotel interior design.
– Profound aesthetic sensibility and professional expertise, capable of designing interior spaces that are both creative and highly functional.
– To have good knowledge of AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop & SketchUp/3D software.
– Able to independently complete the conceptual design, then translate concepts into schematic design together with the design team.
– Assist Design Director in the production of presentation boards and booklets, material & finishes research and selections.
– Maintain regular review of ID documentation, shop drawings, and participate in CI phase to ensure design intent is maintained, as required.
– Ensure graphic quality, content, consistency, and correctness of Tender/ID documentation.
– Coordinate with the Design Director and the design team to ensure workability of details, etc.
