Archibat HR is seeking an Interior Designer for a Dubai-based architectural interior design studio specializing in luxury, large-scale residential projects like villas, towers, and communities.

Responsibilities:
– Create the overall design concept, mood, and style for large residential projects.
– Develop presentations (mood boards, 3D visuals) to explain your ideas to clients.
– Select all furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes (FF&E).
– Create detailed technical drawings and plans for contractors.
– Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers.
– Visit sites to check on progress and ensure the design is followed correctly.
Profil recherché
Requirements:
– A degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
– 5-7+ years of experience, specifically with concept design for large-scale residential developments.
– Excellent skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
– Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and suppliers.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Fluency in English.
