Archibat HR is currently seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer on behalf of a distinguished, culturally driven design studio based in Dubai. They specialize in crafting unique narratives across a diverse portfolio, ranging from high-end hospitality to exclusive residential projects.
The Role:
We are looking for a creative and conceptually strong Interior Designer with approximately five years of post-graduate experience, ideally gained within renowned international design firms. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating the studio’s contextual philosophy into tangible design solutions. You will be involved from the conceptual phase through to development, working on projects that demand a sophisticated understanding of space, culture, and materiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the concept design phase, developing strong, narrative-driven ideas that respond to the project’s specific location and cultural context.

Utilize exceptional hand-sketching abilities to quickly visualize and communicate design concepts to the team and clients.

Work across a variety of project scales and typologies, primarily within the luxury hospitality and high-end residential sectors.

Collaborate with the broader architectural and design team to ensure design integrity from concept through to detailed design.

Research materials, finishes, and furnishings that reflect the identity of the studio’s work.
Profil recherché
Qualifications:

Around 5 years of professional experience, with a significant portion working for reputable international architectural or interior design firms.

A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional concept design ability and a thoughtful, research-based approach.

Excellent hand sketching and visual communication skills are essential.

Experience working on a wide range of project types, particularly hospitality and residential.

A degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
