Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Senior Architect Designer for an International Architecture Design Company to be based in their Dubai office.
Job description
The right profile will:
– Have a comprehensive understanding of, and the ability to coordinate and lead the design disciplines in developing design to technical solutions.
– Provide mentorship to other design team members.
– Have extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional practice from conceptual to schematic design through project close-out.
– Be able to work and present ideas in a team environment as well as self-manage and self-motivate in a creative environment.
– Possess a high level of design and technical proficiency in the production of drawings.
– Lead the project team in the adherence to all practice standards.
– Supervise the design and technical development of the project.
– Work directly with Project Managers and Designers in the conceptual development of project documents.
Required profile
Requirements:
– Bachelor or Master Degrees in Architecture Design.
– 10+yrs exp working for internationally known design firms.
– Strong Portfolio in large scale hospitality and residential projects globally and locally.
– Strong Conceptual Design Skills, creative mind, with strong story telling ability.
– Skills in Design softwares, including Rhino and Revit.
– Hands-on design ability, capable to lead teams.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Position is to be based in Dubai.
