Interior Design Manager

Archibat HR Asia is an Interior Design Manager for an Award Winning Interior Design Studio to be based in their Abu Dhabi office, which focuses on Workplace, Hospitality, Commercial, F&B and Residential projects.

 

Role:

The Design Manager will be driving the design team with excellence, build client relationship, upscaling and mentoring designers develop strategic approaches and review projects running concurrently from concept, schematic, design development through IFC stages touching several markets such as commercial, residential, hospitality and workplaces.

 

Requirements:
– Bachelor / Master Degrees in Interior Design or Project Management related.

– 14+yrs of interior design and project management exp in all phases through project handover.

– Outstanding client-facing, written and verbal communication skills.

– Fluent in English, and strong and precise reporting skills.

 

The Design Manager will also:

– Provide leadership, guidance, coaching to concept designers and staff members.

– Responsibility and accountability for design and technical detailing across all design stages.

– Ability to run, manage and deliver from inception to completion.

– Delivery of complex projects across residential, hospitality uses.

 

Position to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
