Archibat HR is actively seeking talented MEP Engineerss to join a prestigious international multidisciplinary architectural design firm, with positions based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

ROLE

Design and coordinate MEP systems from concept to construction, ensuring full integration with architecture and structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

  • Develop and review MEP layouts and BIM models (Revit/AutoCAD).

  • Participate in design reviews and resolve technical clashes.

  • Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client requirements.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

  • Support value engineering, sustainability, and quality control.

  • Assist with site coordination and construction-phase technical support.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Profil recherché

PROFILE

Education

  • Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.

Experience

  • Proven track record in MEP design and construction documentation.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of building services and multidisciplinary coordination.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.

  • Skilled in calculations, specs, and reports.

  • Knowledge of sustainable/energy-efficient systems is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Language

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
