ROLE
Design and coordinate MEP systems from concept to construction, ensuring full integration with architecture and structure.
Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

Develop and review MEP layouts and BIM models (Revit/AutoCAD).

Participate in design reviews and resolve technical clashes.
-
Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client requirements.
-
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
-
Support value engineering, sustainability, and quality control.
-
Assist with site coordination and construction-phase technical support.
Required profile
PROFILE
Education
-
Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.
Experience

Proven track record in MEP design and construction documentation.
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of building services and multidisciplinary coordination.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.

Skilled in calculations, specs, and reports.

Knowledge of sustainable/energy-efficient systems is a plus.
