The aim of this site is to provide information about the services and activities of the company ArchiBat RH.

Respect for privacy

Privacy policy
In order to provide a better service, during your navigation of the Site, AUTOLIB’ may collect personal data about you, which is processed using electronic means.
The personal data that may be collected is destined for use solely by ArchiBat RH's Communications department to allow you to benefit from the services offered on the Site and inform you about products and services. ArchiBat RH may also communicate this information to other companies within the Group, to their brokers, insurers as well as third parties or sub-contractors, but only for administration or canvassing purposes, except where you have opposed this. No other personal information concerning you will be shared with a third party or used for another means. The data that you communicate to us are the subject of an automated processing by ArchiBat Assistance, RCS 333 224 079 00033, 59, rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, 75011 Paris, France, in its quality of person in charge of treatment, with the aim of treating and managing your application. This data processing is necessary for the execution of your application. The person in charge of data protection can be contacted at the following email address: privacy@archibat.com. The data will be kept two years after the last contact with the Candidate.
The recipients of the data are exclusively the consultants of ArchiBat RH. Please note that since the creation of ArchiBat HR, we have never used your data for any other purpose than to optimize our support service. No commercial use is made from your data that is treated confidentially. We also remind you that we never broadcast your application without your prior consent.
As part of its processing operations, the data controller will not transfer your personal data outside the European Union. You have a right of access, rectification, and in case of legitimate reasons, deletion, limitation and opposition to the processing of your data. You also benefit from the right to the portability of your data and the possibility to give instructions concerning your data, in case of death. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to privacy@archibat.com. If you were not satisfied, you have the opportunity to contact the CNIL.
Concerning the data retention period in general, it is indicated by Article 6.5 of the LIL and Article 5 of the GDPR that personal data may only be kept "for a period not exceeding the duration necessary for the purposes for which they are collected and processed". Regarding specifically the data of the candidates for hiring, the CNIL has decided on what it meant by "necessary duration". Thus, the CNIL recommends that the shelf life of the information (on computer and paper) does not exceed 2 years after the "last contact" with the person concerned.
Your data are hosted in France at Claranet. Claranet is ISO / IEC 27001 certified, the only auditable international standard for information security management systems. The internationally recognized standard provides assurance that Claranet maintains the highest levels of security for the assets of its customers.
