As a lifestyle-driven premium home brand, it frequently develops art collaborations, elite circle events and high-end cross-industry partnerships, consistently elevating its sophisticated, artistic brand positioning.
Descriptif du poste
- Formulate the company’s marketing strategy and draft the annual work plan for the Marketing Department.
- Develop marketing strategies for social media platforms; proficient in the operation and management of various online promotion channels including official website, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu and other digital marketing platforms.
- Possess resources in self-media, luxury goods, real estate and other sectors to build brand image and drive customer acquisition.
- Develop cross-industry partnerships with art communities and premium brands. Plan cross-border collaborations, art-related campaigns and elite circle cooperation initiatives to diversify brand marketing scenarios and elevate the brand’s high-end positioning.
- Maintain regular marketing information exchange with the French headquarters; implement brand guidelines issued by headquarters to ensure consistent brand positioning and coordinated operations across China and overseas markets.
- Lead the marketing team and oversee brand promotion and market development activities in the Chinese region.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English or French. Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Prior marketing experience in high-end home furnishing or luxury industry is preferred.
- Keep abreast of market conditions and trends in the home furnishing sector, with sharp market insight and judgement.
- Strong organisation, communication and coordination skills; highly responsible, proactive and self-motivated.
- Proactive mindset for continuous self-improvement and knowledge sharing within the team; demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
