As a lifestyle-driven premium home brand, it frequently develops art collaborations, elite circle events and high-end cross-industry partnerships, consistently elevating its sophisticated, artistic brand positioning.

Job description

  1. Formulate the company’s marketing strategy and draft the annual work plan for the Marketing Department.
  2. Develop marketing strategies for social media platforms; proficient in the operation and management of various online promotion channels including official website, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu and other digital marketing platforms.
  3. Possess resources in self-media, luxury goods, real estate and other sectors to build brand image and drive customer acquisition.
  4. Develop cross-industry partnerships with art communities and premium brands. Plan cross-border collaborations, art-related campaigns and elite circle cooperation initiatives to diversify brand marketing scenarios and elevate the brand’s high-end positioning.
  5. Maintain regular marketing information exchange with the French headquarters; implement brand guidelines issued by headquarters to ensure consistent brand positioning and coordinated operations across China and overseas markets.
  6. Lead the marketing team and oversee brand promotion and market development activities in the Chinese region.

Required profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in English or French. Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Prior marketing experience in high-end home furnishing or luxury industry is preferred.
  2. Keep abreast of market conditions and trends in the home furnishing sector, with sharp market insight and judgement.
  3. Strong organisation, communication and coordination skills; highly responsible, proactive and self-motivated.
  4. Proactive mindset for continuous self-improvement and knowledge sharing within the team; demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
