Archibat HR is looking for a Senior Technical Architect for a growing architectural and interior design studio for their Dubai office.

Role:
– You will be responsible for driving the technical excellence of architectural design and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
– You will engage with clients and consultants.This role balances design integrity, code compliance, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery quality acting as a bridge between design intent and construction execution.
Responsibilities:
– Project Technical Design Leadership
– Manage teams, timelines, and project deliverables.
– Lead Client Communication and Sub Consultancy interface.
– Oversee technical packages, detailing, and coordination.
Profil recherché
Qualifications:
– Degree in Architecture with 8-15 years in Residential and mixed-use developments.
– Proven ability to coordinate sub-consultants and manage large-scale projects.
– Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM Workflows, Adobe Suite, and 3D tools (mandatory).
– Experience delivering projects in the UAE market.
