Archibat HR is seeking a Project Architect to join one of our client in Singapore, an international architectural design firm.
This is a principal-led, boutique international firm founded over 25 years ago. It operates integrated studios in Singapore, New York, and Shanghai.
The practice is renowned for a holistic design approach, handling architecture, interiors, and landscape as one. Its focused portfolio consists of luxury residential properties, high-end hospitality projects (hotels/resorts), and selective commercial developments, all characterized by a serene, minimalist signature style.

About the Role
You re a Singapore Registered Architect (BOA) and will take ownership of significant projects across their entire lifecycle—from initial schematic design to final construction completion. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in transforming design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the architectural delivery of projects from schematic design through construction administration
– Develop comprehensive design packages, including detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
– Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure design intent and quality are maintained
– Resolve technical challenges during documentation and on-site construction phases
Profil recherché
Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
– Must be a Singapore Registered Architect (BOA)
– 8–10 years of professional experience, with a proven background in design development, architectural detailing, and construction documentation
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and relevant design software
– Strong technical knowledge of building assemblies, systems, and construction methods
– Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
