Archibat HR Asia are looking for a Planning and Landscape Architecture BD Lead for a Global l Award Wining Architecture Firm to be based in their Shanghai Office:
Specific Position Responsibilities
Review and direct daily operations and management of the Planning & Landscape team.
Work with and support project managers in terms of project operations, financial performance and staffing resources.
Work with and support project designers in terms of project concepts, designs, quality control, design deliverables and presentations.
Prepare monthly fee and staffing forecasts in conjunction with the Global Director of Operations for Planning & Landscape.
Determine staffing requirements and interview, hire and train new employees.
Monitor project budgets and profitability.
Take responsibility for project work schedules and financial performance.
Take responsibility for quality control of project deliverables.
Define new processes and techniques to improve efficiency, productivity and team profitability.
Coordinate between the client and the project team; Coordinate and collaborate with other studios and sharing of work as a global team from studio to studio.
Make presentations at client, investor and consultant meetings, ensuring that projects are well coordinated and executed with excellence.
Participate in business development activities and the development of potential client relationships.
Participate in the preparation of fee proposals and workplans.
Profil recherché
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Urban Planning.
Minimum 10+ years of design and management experience in Planning & Landscape projects.
International experience is a must – Asia, and specifically China experience is a plus.
Experienced in project management and excellent time management for design deliverables.
Strong design presentation and client management skills.
Strength in formulating design concepts and narratives for projects.
Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel.
