Archibat asia is looking for a Senior Designer for an international branding design group
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the team;
• Produce sketches, storyboards, drafts to visualize ideas;
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience;
• Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media;
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines;
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions;
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members;
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices;
• Creative mindset and strong visual organization;
• Produce quality graphic artwork and provide advice on product designs;
• Able to initiate and execute ideas with strong art direction and graphic skills;
• Produce excellent design quality, able to solve complex design problems with a high level of creativity for web page design and online advertising design / concept;
• Manage VI, Key Visuals, Motion Design, Space and Enviromental
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Profil recherché
Job Requirements:
• Proven working experience as senior designer for branding or advertising agency at least for 4 years.
• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and video-making related tools;
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills;
• Relevant education or training;
• Diploma or above in Graphic, Multimedia Design or related disciplines;
• Strong sense of fashion/ beauty/ luxury brands/ art;
• Creative, open-minded, adventurous and self-motivated;
• Able to deal with budgetary issues;
• Basic knowledge in 3D modeling and design software is a plus;
• Experience in photography/ video shooting/ animation is an advantage;
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
