Archibat HR is looking for a talented Lead Interior Designer for one of our clients in Middle East, a large multidisciplinary firm working on different disciplines like architecture, interior, engineering, planning, etc.

Role:
The right candidate will need to have a strong Hospitality background, someone experience working with major hotel brands, from ideas to delivery. A hospitality thought leader who can lead a design studio, motivate and develop teams, with strong presentation ability to clients.
Profil recherché
Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience with the design of high end hospitality projects.
– Bachelor or Master degree from famous universities in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
– Prior experience in leading design teams or studio.
– Prior experience working at very senior level or director level for the past 3-5 yrs.
– Prior experience working for globally known hospitality interior design firms.
– Hands on experience of hospitality projects from inception to completion.
– Knowledge of materials, fabrics, furnishings, furniture, lighting and fittings in the Hospitality field.
– Fluency in both written and spoken English.
– Excellent graphical and communication skills.
Position is to be based in Middle East.
