Archibat Asia is looking for mid-senior level architects for an international design practice focused on premium residential projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensureconsistency of design idea
- Work closely with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout design developmentand implementation stages
- Communicate and coordinate with client, consultants, authorities and all otherstakeholders
- Prepare submission drawings to authorities
- Prepare and produce construction documents and specifications
- In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion
Profil recherché
Requirements include:
- Candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience
- A strong passion for architecture and design
- Well versed in submissions and compliances
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials
- Capacity to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Design oriented with a flair for creativity and keen eye for detail
- A proactive and conscientious team player
- Open to adapting to client’s time zone i.e. attending meetings outside of Singapore working hours
