Archibat Asia is looking for talented hospitality designers for an international Architecture firm from US, specialized in luxury resorts and boutique hotels, high-end private residences and bespoke villas.

Required qualifications for this role :
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture/interior design (Master’s and licensure preferred but not required.)
- 5+ years of experience in an architectural office with a focus on hospitality design
- Demonstrated proficiency in Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop for presentations as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Experience in 2D and 3D sketching and modeling techniques
- Strong design, graphic, sketching, illustration & presentation skills
- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly and clearly to team and clients.
- Willingness and ability to work both under a lead architect or on your own project, depending on size and type of project
- Ability to manage a team of junior designers, drafters & others while creating a positive, collaborative environment
- Strong presentation and client relations skills
- Experience with managing small teams and multi-disciplinary specialists
- Knowledge of the design process from concept to delivery and building codes
- Ability to manage variety of project types in various stages of development
- Great people and leadership skills and ability to mentor rising stars
- A willing can-do team ethic that allows you to work on your own projects and support others
- Ability to produce of documents to support your narrative from pre-concept to construction phase
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tasks, priorities and deadline
