Archibat HR is looking for a Resort Technical & Site Construction Manager for a World Leading Hospitality Group to be based in one of their Japanese Resorts.

The role:
Technical Department:
- In charge of implementing preventive and curentive maintenance process for resorts under his/her supervision, and to oversee proper health and safety standards regarding technical equipments. This includes but in not limited to : water, network and equipment, electrical equipment, firefighting and fire detection systems, electrical equipment, air conditioning and chilled water networks, refrigeration equipment in kitchen and laboratory. (This does not include food safety. )
- Propose & monitor Technical Department budget,
- Propose assets & technical values engineering, Capex / Benchmark,
- Implement the group processes and tools,
- Track & analyze resort energies consumption,
- Monitor Technical team: organization, attendance file, needed training, recruitment assistance.
Construction Department:
- To assist the ESAP Construction & Technical Director to carry out resort Renovation program : Site Management
- To assist and lead the const & technical streams for future projects
Profile background:
- Post-graduated technical certification / diploma
- Experienced as Technical Services Manager
- Experienced in construction follow-up a plus
