ICT 管理员 – ICT Administrator

Job description

Archibat HR Asia is looking for an ICT Administrator for an International Architectural firm to join their Shanghai office.

 Preparation / creation of installation images for client systems 

 Installation of software packages 

 Daily maintenance of client systems 

 Problem solving and answering of user questions and demands 

 Developing/ writing (technical) process documentation / manuals for both the ICT department and the users 

 Testing of soft- and hardware, e.g. proof-of-concept setting 

 Maintain a log of ICT assets (both hardware and software) including licenses 

 Make plan and budget proposals for ICT purchase 

 Seek best price and quality solutions for service and goods to purchase 

 Coordinate and manage vendors, ICT stuff purchase, payments arrangement, etc. 

Required profile

 Has a polytechnic or university degree in the relevant fields 

 Has a minimum of 3+ years of provable work experience in a similar position 

 Has a flexible and proactive attitude, and enjoys working both independently and within a team 

 Fluent in written and spoken English is required 

 Is pro-active, pragmatic, extremely reliable, and likes to think in solutions 

 Strong sense of responsibilities and communication skills 

 Knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows client operating systems and Microsoft Office 

 Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL and other Microsoft Server products is an advantage 

 Knowledge of Autodesk software, the Adobe Creative Suite packages, and 3D modeling software such as Rhinoceros, is a plus
