Archibat Asis is looking for a Construction Project Executive Manager for a world-leading entertainment facility club to join their Hong Kong office,
« KEY RESPONSIBILITIES »
« 1 » « Directs and co-ordinates all relevant project planning and construction activities, to ensure that the set goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance requirements, in accordance with our client’s practices. »
« 2 » « Be familiar with Best Practice in the project and construction management field to ensure the sound management of the following areas throughout the entire project from inception to handover and sign-off by CRC Operations. »
« 3 » « Oversee the quality of design and construction works and the project management processes in delivering the projects. »
« 4 » « Be familiar with Mainland regulatory submissions and approval processes relevant to the successful delivery of the projects; Establish, liaise and maintain a professional network with the relevant Government departments and officials to ensure smooth and efficient progress of all stages of the projects. »
« 5 » « Manage and co-ordinate all external consultants, contractors and suppliers commissioned for and required by this project, to drive productivity from these parties, ensure their best output and the most optimal solutions at all stages of the project; Planning, managing and continuously reviewing the deployment and utilisation of resources to optimise performance throughout the projects. »
« 6 » « Work closely with all internal stakeholders, e.g. CRC Operations, relevant departments and divisions to ensure their needs are addressed in the design of the facilities and the construction works do not affect their operations. Liaise with agencies, organisations and Government departments as necessary to achieve the projects’ objectives. »
« 7 » « Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required; prepare and present reports and papers for the relevant project Business Managers, project Sponsors, CEO and relevant project and Stewards committees. »
« 8 » « Establish the Project Implementation Plan, to identify key project attributes and ensure the deployment of appropriately qualified staff for each phase of the project. Manage and develop a team of project management professionals to ensure projects are executed with sufficient monitoring, control and site supervision to ensure project delivery in accordance with approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and compliance requirements; conversant with current trends and training needs; Providing direction and coaching to internal project management staff for enhancing operational efficiency. »
« 9 » « Abide by the Club’s established Finance, HR, Strategic Procurement, Commercial and Contract Management, Risk Management, Safety Management, Compliance and Audit governances, practices and procedures; Collaborate with Corporate Supply Chain Department in managing a variety of design, construction, procurement and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with our client’s policies and procedures, applicable laws, and stakeholders’ requirements »
« 10 » « Ensure that all construction site activities comply with our client’s OSH policies and procedures, statutory and regulatory requirements.”
