Archibat is looking for a Sales Manager/Director for an international automobile company.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating new business.
  • Plan, build, & implement sales strategy to achieve sales targets for the region. Meet and overachieve sales/revenue & profitability targets.
  • Develop and implement the strategy to meet growth targets including assisting with putting the building blocks as necessary. Areas to growth horizontally and vertically in the account.
  • Manage overall client relationship at CxO level, bringing thought leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and implement account strategy, in line with the company’s initiatives.
  • Meet all account KPIs including growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. 
  • Participate in the development of solutions to drive innovation and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to company and client-defined standards and commercial procedures.
  • Accurately forecasts & achieve annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and monitors the growth.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition through relationship, proposals and presentations.
  • Gather information related to market dynamics, competitors positioning and any new developments in the market.
