– BD Director
– Around 10+ yrs of exp in Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality % Tourism, or Design field, on business development, negotiation, and cooperation, with commercial real estate related resources preferred. Hands-On, Capable to work independently and apable to lead a small team of BDs. Fluent in English and Chinese.
– Budget: Around RMB 25,000 – 30,000 Monthly Gross + Commissions.
– Role based in Shanghai for a coliving appartment brand.
