Our client is an internationally renowned firm specializing in the hospitality sector. We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architecture Designer to join their team in Singapore.
As the lead designer, you will be the guarantor of the architectural vision on complex projects. You will be involved from the conceptual phase through to project delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams.
Job description

Define the design vision and project goals in collaboration with the client and project teams.

Lead the development of the design through all phases (conceptual design, design development, construction documents).

Develop and oversee the creation of innovative concepts, presentations, and 3D renderings.

Ensure design quality and consistency, resolving complex aesthetic and technical issues.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and fabricators to ensure project feasibility and compliance.

Present projects to clients and act as a key point of contact to maintain and develop relationships.

Foster a collaborative environment and mentor teams towards design excellence
Required profile
-
Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master’s).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project design, ideally within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts).

Excellent command of design software: Revit, Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus), 3DS Max, and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and sustainable design principles.

Exceptional graphic and presentation skills.

Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Team player with good negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in English is mandatory.
