Archibat HR is seeking a talented and motivated Intermediate Architecture Designer to join the Bangkok studio of our client, a prestigious international design firm renowned for its innovative projects in the hospitality sector (luxury hotels and resorts).

We are looking for a creative team player with solid technical skills to help drive projects from concept through to construction. Local candidates with a strong understanding of the Southeast Asian context are preferred.

Job description

  • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop architectural designs from concept to construction documentation.

  • Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials using software such as Rhino, 3DS Max, and Revit.

  • Assist in the development of design concepts and translate them into detailed architectural drawings.

  • Participate in design development, ensuring alignment with the project’s vision, budget, and timeline.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure design integrity is maintained.

  • Conduct research on materials, building systems, and technologies appropriate for hospitality projects.

  • Prepare and participate in client presentations and meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Thailand.

Required profile

  • Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

  • 4 to 8 years of post-graduate experience in architectural design.

  • Previous experience working on hospitality projects (hotels, resorts) is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in architectural software: Revit is essential; strong skills in Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus), 3DS Max, and AutoCAD.

  • Strong graphic skills with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

  • Good knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and Thai building codes.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design ability and technical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Thai is a strong advantage for local coordination.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand. Local candidates or candidates already based in Thailand with valid work authorization are preferred.
