With over 40 years of market presence, they operate a network of showrooms and offices across several major Asian cities, including a profitable and growing office in Singapore.
They represent a carefully curated portfolio of prestigious international brands – including several flagship collaborations with renowned European luxury fashion houses as well as leading American and European textile and leather specialists. Their products are widely specified by top interior designers, architects, developers, and international hotel groups across high-end residential and hospitality projects throughout Asia.
The Singapore office is well-established, profitable, and currently growing. Following a recent internal change, they are now rebuilding and expanding their local sales team at multiple levels.
Job description
Role Overview
A senior leadership role combining sales management, business development, and team leadership. You will drive the growth of a well-established, profitable Singapore office, managing key client relationships across interior designers, architects, and developers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and expand the local sales team

Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow market share in Singapore

Build and maintain strong relationships with the design, architectural, and hospitality community

Manage key accounts and high-value projects from specification to completion

Work closely with Headquarters to align on brand and commercial objectives

Recruit and onboard new sales talent as the team expands
Required profile
Requirements

Extensive experience in home furnishing fabrics, wallcoverings, leather, or related luxury interior products

Proven network within Singapore’s design and project community

Track record in leading and developing a sales team

Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L or business growth responsibility

Singapore-based or valid working rights
