Job description
– Fully lead the entire project lifecycle management of engineering projects, coordinating schedule, cost, quality, and safety KPIs to ensure projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and within budget.
– Lead project planning and implementation strategy development, coordinating resources across design, construction, supply chain, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
– Oversee on-site construction project management, including site supervision, quality control, safety management, and resolution of on-site issues.
– Manage personnel allocation and resource coordination: responsible for project team planning, assignment, and management to ensure optimal team performance and efficient operations.
– Establish and maintain communication mechanisms with clients and government regulatory authorities, manage major changes, risks, and compliance matters to ensure smooth project advancement.
– Strictly manage project budgets, including cost control, risk reserves, variation management, and monthly forecasting to maximize project profitability.
– Organize project progress reviews and summary sessions, continuously optimizing standardized workflows and project management practices.
– Provide effective internal team coordination and management while actively driving cross-departmental collaboration (design, site supervision, procurement, QS, construction teams, etc.) to build strong execution capabilities and ensure successful achievement of project goals.
– Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation to team members.
– Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, driving continuous improvement of project management processes.
Required profile
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related fields.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / renovation project management.
– Holder of Class 1 Registered Constructor Certificate is preferred.
– Proficient in project tendering, contract management, cost control, and on-site construction processes, with solid knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
– Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with English as a working language.
– Strong leadership, resilience, and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems effectively in dynamic environments.
