Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Take charge of overall organization and coordination of schematic design projects, covering conceptual design, schematic design and later-stage technical implementation.
- Control the quality standards of schematic design within the project team, organize regular design skill training, and mediate work issues between team members.
- Formulate daily work plans for the project team, implement project design schedules, and reasonably optimize workload allocation among team members.
- Preside over team schematic design reviews, follow up and polish full design schemes, and conduct strict quality control before submission of conceptual and schematic deliverables.
- Fully monitor the progress, in-process quality and standards of all design projects, and promptly address project delays.
- Deliver schematic presentations to clients, and coordinate scheme optimization and revisions.
Required profile
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from professional art academies, majoring in Environmental Art, Interior Design, Architectural Design or related disciplines; with over 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess unique creative design thinking and the capability to control the overall visual effect of schemes; familiar with the full design workflow of projects.
- Hands-on experience in schematic design management and team management for large-scale projects including hotels, sales galleries and show flats.
- Strong communication skills and professional design presentation capabilities.
