The Role
We are seeking a talented Hospitality Interior Designer to translate project vision into coordinated, buildable design solutions—with a strong emphasis on hotel operations and guest experience standards.

 

 

 

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop concept designs aligned with client briefs and brand identity.

  • Produce detailed drawings, specs, and documentation using REVIT and AutoCAD.

  • Ensure all documents are accurate, coordinated, and code-compliant.

  • Apply hospitality operational standards and functional layouts without compromising stylistic identity.

  • Research and develop design ideas unique to each project’s character.

  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to refine designs.

  • Prepare clear presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.

 

 

 

 

Required profile

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in interior design, with a solid portfolio of hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, F&B).

  • Technical: Advanced REVIT proficiency (mandatory); strong AutoCAD skills; Adobe Suite and inDesign are a plus.

  • Hospitality Know-how: Sound understanding of hotel operations, guest flows, and brand standards.

  • Soft Skills: Strong conceptual thinking, excellent presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative team mindset.

  • Language: Fluent English required;
