Job description
• Shaping the studio’s aesthetic identity by spearheading design strategies, leading client pitches, and guiding brainstorming sessions.
• Steering projects from early-stage concept development and material sourcing through to technical drawing reviews, on-site evaluations, and project close-out.
• Cultivating a high-performance environment where designers are challenged to experiment, learn, and push creative boundaries.
• Acting as a key liaison between clients, external partners, and senior management to align creative ambitions with business objectives.
Required profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional certification or licensure (e.g., NCIDQ, RIBA, AIA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Brings 10+ years of senior-level experience, with a proven history of delivering iconic projects in luxury residential and hotel design.
• Possesses a comprehensive skillset that bridges classical design principles and modern software fluency.
• Is a compelling presenter and communicator, capable of winning over C-suite executives and creative teams alike.
• Demonstrates an exceptional ability to balance creative vision with logistical foresight, ensuring projects stay on track without sacrificing artistic integrity.
