Job description

Job Description
– Brand system planning and end-to-end project management — from concept development through construction delivery — ensuring design intent is delivered in line with cost objectives.
– Oversee internal project coordination across departments; establish and iterate the company’s design standard system and standardized modules to improve design and construction efficiency.
– Collaborate with external vendors and partners, troubleshoot on-site technical issues, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
– Track leading industry design trends, maintain deep knowledge of materials and craftsmanship, and demonstrate strong aesthetic judgment and sensitivity to emerging styles.

Required profile

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior Design, Environmental Design, Architecture or a related field; professional qualifications or overseas study experience are a strong plus.
– 5+ years of interior design experience with full-cycle design management track record; F&B / hospitality industry background is preferred.
– Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop and Revit; strong cost-control awareness with solid knowledge of material selection, construction techniques and relevant compliance standards.
– Excellent communication, resource integration and cross-departmental collaboration skills; strong writing ability, strategic thinking and independent project ownership. Proactive, responsible and resilient under pressure.
