Job description

The Role

We are looking for a talented FF&E Designer with a deep appreciation for materials, craftsmanship, and the art of storytelling through interiors. In this role, you will develop innovative FF&E concepts, curate bespoke furnishings and finishes, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate design visions into built realities across luxury hospitality and residential projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate comprehensive FF&E concepts that align with project narratives and client aspirations.
  • Curate, source, and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and artwork, ensuring design integrity and budget adherence.
  • Prepare detailed schedules, specifications, and mood boards for client presentations and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, artisans, and vendors to manage procurement, samples, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of FF&E within overall design schemes.
  • Oversee installation and styling, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

 

Required profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience as a Mid-Level Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating FF&E expertise.
  • Around 4-6 years of solid working experience in hospitality design field.
  • Proven capabilities in FF&E styling, detailing, and specification writing.
  • Experience in sourcing, supplier coordination, and managing project timelines.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for design, materiality, and craftsmanship.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid capacity, as required.
