Focusing on high‑end office and commercial interior projects, this company balances brand positioning, budget control and build quality, providing full‑cycle solutions from planning, design, site execution through to final hand‑over for corporate workplace projects.
Job description
- Communicate and coordinate with the client.
- Conduct on‑site project management; organise and execute on‑site construction activities in accordance with drawings, and oversee quality supervision.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers and cost estimators to develop project schedules, monitor and follow up on daily and weekly short‑term plans.
- Manage construction cost, quality and schedule.
- Be responsible for project final settlement and payment collection.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Project Management or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5‑years of project‑management experience in civil engineering, decoration or related sectors.
- Familiar with relevant national laws, regulations and construction management standards.
- Possess business‑negotiation skills, excellent organisational‑management, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction‑management software.
- Holding Class‑1 or Class‑2 Constructor Qualification Certificate is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred.
