Job description
The Role
We are seeking an IT Audit Manager to join its Internal Audit function in Dubai, focusing on technology risk across the group’s real estate development, project management, and property operations systems.
Responsibilities
– Plan and execute IT audits covering ERP systems, project management platforms, cybersecurity controls, data governance, and IT general controls (ITGC)
– Assess risks related to digital transformation initiatives within real estate development operations (BIM systems, CRM, ERP, property management software)
– Evaluate IT infrastructure, network security, and business continuity/disaster recovery arrangements
– Review third-party vendor and contractor system access and data security compliance
– Perform SOX/internal control testing where applicable to IT systems
– Report audit findings and remediation plans to Audit Committee/senior management
– Coordinate with external auditors and IT teams on system implementations and upgrades
Required profile
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
– CISA, CISSP, or similar certification preferred
– 5+ years of IT audit experience, ideally within real estate, construction, or a related capital-intensive industry
– Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar property/real estate platforms)
– Experience with UAE regulatory environment is a plus
